And the Search Goes On..
And the search goes on. Yes, there is absolute nothing out there in the Austin housing market that isn’t either 1) completely over priced or 2) in B.F.E.
So, we are now going to switch gears and try to find a temporary place to live..
So, as I read past my Blogs I’ve decided that once the housing search blog is over I will begin posting more information on web development and standards. I know this is extremely exciting but just incase.. I don’t want look like I have too much time on my hands.
Nice Photoshop tutorial..

BANKSY
Banksy started as a freehand graffiti artist in the late 1990s as one of Bristol's DryBreadZ Crew (DBZ), often assisting writers Kato and Tes. In 1998 he arranged the enormous 'Walls On Fire' graffiti jam on the site of the future '@t Bristol' development. The weekend long event drew artists from all over the UK and Europe and his organisation of the event established his name within the European graffiti scene. By 2000 he had turned to the art of stencilling after realising how much less time it took to complete a 'piece'. He claims he changed to stencilling whilst he was hiding from the police under a train carriage, and soon became more widely noticed for his art around Bristol and London.Labels: House Hunter
Moving is like..
Moving is like..well it's frustrating... Its like breaking up with a GF... painful and then once you do it you're like well maybe she wasn't that bad!
UPDATE
After some concern about the above comment, I wanted to clarify: What I was trying to say was you know you dumped her for a reason but it's always easier to say "Well, maybe she's wasnt that bad" when you know deep down inside it was total crap. Then you think well maybe I won't be able to find anything better but you always do!
See, it's simple, really..

I’m not sure what to say about our luck with house shopping. We should have been on TLC’s House Hunters. It would have mad for an exciting show.
Come to find out the house we were about to buy was used to make speed. Yes, that’s right, methamphetamines. Freak’n tweaker freaker cook lab house what ever!!! And not only was it used as a cook shop but apparently it has 7x the allowable amount for human habitation. JCF! What? It’s not like this house is in a bad area, it’s on a corner lot next to a busy street, with windows and a porch. 7x the allowable limit?Thank god we talked with the neighbor who said the renters were dug users and had to run them out. When we found that out we called a company called Texas Decon who clean up homicides and god awful bloody messes to come and test the house for chemicals. We had noticed a small hole in the side of the house on the second floor but thought, well, yeah that’s weird but not meth weird.
As it turns out, according to Texas state law, a seller does not have to disclose this kind of information even though it’s a fact that the residue left behind is lethal! Lucky for us we found out before our option period was over (only by about 6hours) and we able to leave without having to purchase the house. What really bothers me is that if someone else decides to purchase the house they may not find out!EPA
