Finally!
We finally found a house after bidding on 2 houses in this crazy market. The first house be bid on the the Agent for the seller wouldnt answer the phone on the weekend. What is that? If you're trying to sell a house you would think that the weekend is the most busy time of the week. We ended up cancelling that bid anyways. The second house we bid on had 4 competing bids.. we bid 7k higher than they were asking but, alas, we didnt get it. It borke my heart when i heard that we didn't that house. It was, to me, perfect. 1/3 of an acre, redone inside, hardwood floors...ahh. But it only had 1600 SqFt. A little small, if you ask me. So, i decided i couldnt go to work yesterday and stayed at home to sulk when L suggested we go look at houses.
To my suprise we actually found a house in a decent neighborhood that has .50 acres. To me, it doesnt have a pretty face but inside is great, roomy and 2200 SqFt. Thats freak'n huge! Check out the Location

"Uripedes" - I think your content here is borderline libelous, and I'll encourage you to state the facts.
The owner of this single family, myself, Robert Grunnah, owner of Castle Hill Investments - had no previous knowledge of methamphetamine use at 4701 Ganymede.
Once it was brought to my attention, I took the house OFF the market, and have since spent $10,000 on remediation, further testing, and repairs to the house.
Your inference that I would not disclose such knowledge is insulting and false; and doubly so given that I am a Texas licensed real estate broker.
I will ask once that you remove references inferring that I am in violation of TREC or any other guideline, and more insultingly, that I would sell a property with these issues. The property will not go back on the market until it is classified "100% free and clear".
Feel free to contact me at my office should there be any confusion.
Thanks in advance.
